Mar. 9 – Jujuy to Catamarca

We got a late start, after having breakfast in the hotel.  We had to pose for pictures next to out bikes for the hotel manager!  We left town easily, on avery good road.  We made good time to S.M. de Tocumen, where we stopped for lunch.  The scenery along the way looked a like like Michigan (!), except for the mountains in the distance on all sides.  We nearly ran the bikes ot of gas on the way to Calamarca.  We found a really cheap fleabag hotel, and had a decent dinner on the main plaza.
